How to get TikTok support to actually take my concern seriously

So we are selling a house and someone local had inquired about it. Well 2 days later they were scrolling through TikTok and found a scammer had posted OUR house as for rent and they are asking people for $70 application fees. I have reported the profile as a scam and of course all I get is "it doesn't go against comm standards" 😒 I have contacted support and they just tell me to report the profile and to block them. I have sent proof that we are selling the home but all I get is copy and paste answers from support even after sending photos/etc.

How do I get support to take me seriously and remove OUR home we are selling from this scammers profile. They just need to ban the account all together because they have multiple homes for sale listing as for rent and they are stealing peoples money for application fees.
