Trouble loading comments on samsung s26

Hi, I recently switched from my oneplus 11 phone to a samsung galaxy s26 ultra. Since then I have trouble loading tiktok comments. I have tried everything I possibly could think of. Its not my wifi, I downloaded tiktok from the galaxy shop and the google play store and tried that over and over again. It will work for a couple hours but then it happens again.

I also erased my cache like a hundred times.. what more can I do? When I try it on my oneplus 11 the comments always load and that phone is connected to the same damn wifi. And yes I also tried turning it off and on again
