Will filtering keywords hurt my views?

I make content about an online game however a lot of people ask for me to donate them despite me not having a history of donating, i just have a lot of in-game currency. My videos do show my ingame currency however it almost always has nothing to do with it. I'm getting a bit tired of being begged constantly however im mainly wondering if filtering the keywords regarding donations will hurt me more than ignoring it
