My TikTok won’t stop recording when I hit stop

So I have two accounts, and last week this was happening on one of time, but my phone was acting up anyways and I had to get a new one.

It was fixed it seemed after this new phone, but now it’s doing it on the other account on the new account.

I go to record and I’ll finish, hit stop and it keeps recording. It happens with photos too and I have to fully exit the app in order to get back into it bc it never stops recording with the photo part. I cannot find anyone else talking about this, it’s making me insane.

How do I fix this?
