What is going on?

Why is it that when I log on to tiktok it shows that there is no internet connection even though I am connected to the internet and using all the other applications just fine. What got even more bizarre is when I created a new account everything worked perfectly and I could watch videos and stuff. What happened to my account and why can’t I use tiktok?
