Can't send images or stickers

I have been able to send pictures like 8 months ago but ever since that I cant. Even when I start different accounts I cant send stickers or images in tiktok comments. Im on a Samsung and I live in Europe if that matters

(I haven't sent anything that isnt allowed to be sent)
