Been logged out of my account and when I go to log in with my password it’s not working and then I press send code to email but then still it won’t work and shows a email I’ve never seen before in my life. What do I do?

I tried the number way but when I was about to leave my house the number was connected but when I still had access it was saying verifi it’s you by putting a number when I got back home,and when I went on my alt account I didn’t let me go back to my main
