I can’t quite put my finger on it but my FYP feels like it was reset and now a lot of the videos are giving Instagram Reels vibes or YouTube shorts. I was previously getting a lot of World Cup stuff, booktok, geography stuff, and now nothing.
yup, mine is also weird. i'm only getting AI slop videos, advertisements, and posts with 1M+ likes. i tried searching up my usual FYP stuff to see if that would fix my algorithm but it doesn't seem to change.
assuming you're in the U.S. like i am, maybe Oracle (poorly) updated our algorithms?

This shit is becoming utterly unusable. It feels like over the last week especially it's just become slop no matter what I do, I'm only getting a handful of videos about any of interests before it launches complete nonsense. Like earlier this week I was getting a bunch of Love Island and World Cup stuff I'm not interested in but now it's just like completely random nonsense.

Same here. My FYP went from pretty solid to just cycling through the same 20 videos and a ton of random live streams I never followed. The algorithm feels like it got lobotomized overnight.
