Has Anyone Been Unable to Log In to TikTok for an Extended Period?

About 8 days ago I was logged out of my TikTok account and haven’t been able to get back in since. I’ve submitted support requests and am waiting to hear back. I was told my case had been escalated, but since then, crickets. I’ve a load of evidence that I’m the owner of the account, like the date I created it, locations it was most accessed at, and phones/ipads that used the account etc. I’ve videos of my house on there and could easily video call them to show them that I am indeed the owner of the account lol

Has anyone else dealt with a long account recovery process? If so, how long did it take before you regained access?
