Tiktok keeps sending me this message even though I don't have the app installed

So, while I was starting to play a game this message started to appear in non-stop, so I tried cleaning tiktok cache and the problem was still there, so in the end I decided to remove the app from the phone, and the message somehow keeps appearing and I don't know what to do anymore.
