Since this is a psychology practice and you are time-limited, I would not try to win by posting more than everyone else. Pick a few repeatable formats you can batch in one sitting, for example:
- Common question I hear, answered in general educational terms
- What to expect posts that reduce anxiety around therapy
- Myth vs reality, but calm rather than clickbaity
- Small reflection prompts with a clear note that it is not personal advice
For organic growth, consistency of topic matters more than daily volume. If someone lands on your page, they should understand in 10 seconds who you help, what issues you talk about, and what your tone feels like. Three solid posts a week plus a few Stories is usually better than burning out after two weeks.
I would also be selective with trends. In mental health, trust beats reach. Save useful posts from other therapists in your niche, look at which ones get thoughtful comments, then make your own version with your own wording and boundaries.
