If i unblock someone, will their message request pre-block show up again?

My (newly) boyfriends ex tried to message me on tiktok but i blocked her before i could even look at it. Now being weeks into the relationship, im just curious as to what she had to say. So it was send before blocking, if i unblock her now, would it show up in requests again? Is there any way for me to see it?
