Stuck at 0 views, and can't add to story

It started suddenly happening last month where all the videos I'd upload get stuck at 0 views for days despite before getting at least 300-1500 views, and only capping at about 10 views. My account status is all green. It's just not getting pushed to anyone. Followers are only seeing them despite my content not changing at all prior to this occuring. I post FL Studio/music content, nothing controversial or opinionated at all. I've tried contacting their support, but I've just gotten the same 3 canned responses no matter how differently I word my request. Did they change some hidden metric I haven't yet heard of, or is my stuff just ass now 😭

this exact same thing is happening to me, im also a musician making various content with my face in it, edits of cool related visuals to my world building and music video clips but they keep nuking every single account i make. all started in May and before that I was fine.

I think they've got a broken ai flagging system and almost no way to complain about it.

Ok, ignore the one comment starting with ā€œyou got bad nowā€ in the opening line. It’s AI slop and they didn’t even read what you’re posting about.

I’ve been dealing with your same issue for nearly two months now. There’s more and more people dealing with it too, so I’m hoping eventually there will be a fix.

It’s exactly what you describe: video views plummet, can’t add to stories, and if you try to promote a video it gets instantly rejected. My best theory on what’s happening is, TikTok’s ai approval system is freaking out or broken and flagging us all as AI content and removing us from the FYP and not approving our videos.

No fix as of yet but you’re not alone!

Also: I’ve tried contacting support too. AI bots and useless. I did ā€œget throughā€ this week to a person (if they were real lol) and they said I violated community guidelines, escalated it to their specialty team, ā€œconfirmedā€ I had violated guidelines then closed the ticket without telling me what I did wrong. And I make content for a card game so there’s no way haha.

No, this usually isn’t ā€œyou got bad now.ā€ It’s usually a distribution reset.

Most likely one of these happened:

Ā  1. your first 3 seconds stopped catching attention,

Ā  2. sound does not match the clip format,

Ā  3. TikTok re-runs your account through a tighter test bucket after repeated low-retention signals.

Ā  Do this for 2-3 clips, nothing else changing:

Ā  - keep one format,

Ā  - change only the first 3 seconds,

Ā  - then change only the sound (same visuals),

Ā  - then change only the caption.

No hashtag spam, no ā€œviralā€ claims, 3-6 focused hashtags max, and one clear idea per clip.

This has been happening to me too, since the middle of May. Idk why it's been doing it.

I've mostly been posting anyway so I can use the editing suite, then posting to insta and youtube where people will actually see it.

I live in LA, part of me wants to just go to the offices and be like "dude, wtf mate" but that's probably not going to yield any results.

Mine has been doing this too. I had a video go up to 18-20k views, then it’s like I’m black listed. I just report a bug with screenshots hoping that it will fix it.

Man, this just happened to my account few days ago. Exact same issues. I’ve never used tik tok until making one to post game content. My account is like 2 weeks old. I posted an unboxing video then a video about pride month game update. Not sure if either of those things contributed to the shadow ban. I really feel for those who have built something for a while and this randomly hits. So frustrating… :/
