Update on this: she had court, checked to see when the time was and it was dismissed over the weekend (like 3 weeks ago). case was dismissed due to lack of evidence.

Case dismissed before she had to actually attend but not before the cop and the Palm Beach County Sheriffs office were ridiculed across all of social media and the national and international press.

All because one cop couldnt just admit a mistake.
