Why is my phone not connecting to the app?

So I'm not sure what happened, I do use my phone to promote my business. I haven't had any notifications of not following the gu!delines. I hadn't even posted for 48 hours before this happen. I do post on 4 different accounts at the same time. I am also visiting Costa Rica but this started after I got to Costa Rica. I can also log into all the accounts on my iPhone. I have sent in two support request. 1 was answered and said I didn't have an email hooked up so I did hooked up a email too and filed out another support request. If anyone can confirm that my Pixel has been b@nned. I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
