Suspended for no reason

I woke up Monday morning to see that account was forever suspended for breaking the TOS. I don’t even know what I did wrong, I did one of those appeal things in the app but haven’t heard back, and I tried emailing them after and they said I email them too much? I’m very confused and don’t know how I’m supposed to fight this or get my account back. Has this happened to anyone?
