tiktok is contradicting itself

it says that they accept the digital format of the philippine national ID and yet when I do try it it’s denied and regarded as non-physical. i’ve also tried printing my ID, and yet results stayed the same. i dont have the original copy yet because the system in this country is slow as heck. how do i go about this?
