"Maximum number of attempts reached. Try again later." on phone login

I keep getting this error message whenever I try to log in. Anyone know how to fix this? Even when I wait multiple days before trying to log in, I get this message. This issue has been going on for around a week now.

This is happening on my PHONE. On PC i am able to login.

My phone setup is currently on LineageOS, i used to have tiktok downloaded from aurora store, now after a while I decided to install it from the play store directly, I am able to download, when I open and try to login I set the email, the code (since I got 2 factor authentication) and then the password, but after the password that's where I get the error message
