What's up with inbox notifications not working?

It has been more than a month now and I don't get any kind of notifications anymore.
Likes, comments and follows are not getting registered in there, and also no push notifications on my phone.

At first I thought this might be a phone issue, but I've logged in on my computer's browser and the issue is still there.

Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know a fix?

ps. I've opened a tiket with TikTok and instead of providing an answer... it just disappeard.
