Why am I stuck under 1.2k views?

Account is just over a month old.
This video is 7.7sec long
Account is all green, no problems
Decent watch rate and still stuck under 1.2k like other videos...
Starting to think its done on purpose to make me pay

I just come back to TikTok after not posting for 3 months got 5k followers all my vids used to get 10-150k average now my last two videos since being back just cap out at 1.2k one of them has 1.2k views and 109 likes good watch rate but it’s just flat lined. Weird right now seeing lots of complaints
