Turn off TikTok hiding "mean" comments

TikTok automatically hides "mean" comments, so I don't see notifications about them in the video. I only see them when I tap on the video's comments and then manually open the hidden comments. I've already tried disabling comment filtering in the settings, but even with that setting turned off, these comments are still hidden, and I have to open them manually. Is there any way to prevent TikTok from hiding comments?
