Notifications from someone elses account??

Hi!! Some time ago i started getting notifications about people i have never seen or messaged hearting my messages or replying something. As i said ive never messaged these people and they have never messaged me. The notifs are also in a different language than what i have my tiktok or phone set to. When i press at said notifs it takes me to a chat that doesnt load (no pfp no messages). It looks like ive been getting notifications from someone elses account. Ive checked all privacy settings and nothing seems wrong.
