TikTok shadow ban/no story adding glitch update

Like a lot of other people I’ve been stuck in the recent no/low views , no ability to add videos to story glitch in TikTok. It will be two weeks tomorrow that it started to happen . I’ve been doing test videos every few days and today , just a day short of 4 weeks . I am out of the glitch able to add videos to stories , views are shooting up and people outside of my followers are engaging/ seeing my content.
I am now convinced it’s not a “glitch” so to speak but people are getting shadowed for anything and everything. I haven’t done anything special in order to get myself out of this situation. I’ve just engaged with a few . videos from other people here and there daily , not overdid it with posting video after video . I honestly think it’s just a case of waiting it out .
