Reach difference in posting?

Do you find there to be a view difference when posting on the same account from different locations or phones?

One of my posts from my own phone will get 100k+ views, while I will post very similar content from an older lesser used phone and that will struggle to crack 10k views. The account is the same but I use the account more heavily on one phone than the other.

Is this a content thing or an algorithm / standard TikTok issue?
