I'm trying to find a TikTok video with "makeup tut!!!!" (with the four exclamation marks at the end and in all lowercase) within its title, but the last time I tried searching on TikTok (even with quotation marks around it) for it,
it only showed videos "makeup tut" in their title, disregarding capitalization and ignoring the punctuation, which is the more important part (specifically, the four exclamation marks) entirely.
