Are the TikTok Views jammed?

My friend has just started a new business. UK Blank Clothing.
On all social media channels its starting to build a good following.
However on Tik Tok, his video stays consistantly on 0 views. We tried to get friends to view it in different places and it still stays on 0. He's followed all the steps, including reuploading the video with a different soundtrack and its still stuck on 0 views.
Could Reddit users do me a huge favour and try to visit it and see if we can get the views moving?
