How do I get this guy off my fyp?

He is showing up like every few seconds on "live streams" (seems like a looped video). I block the account associated with him but he is showing up on basically an unlimited amount of different accounts with random names. With millions of tiktok videos *why* does he keep showing up on my fyps nonstop.

just keep blocking the accounts don't engage at all just insta block eventually they will stop showing up
