TikTok search is being wonky

Hello! Maybe others have had this issue too, but for me, the whole app works except for the search. It says I have no internet when I do, and when I first tap on the search, nothing shows up. Does anyone have a fix? I’ve reset my phone, even got rid of TikTok and reinstalled it, and still no fix. If anyone has a solution, I’d love to hear it! Also, if the specifics matter, I am using an Apple phone.
