Anyone elses algorithm randomly get messed up for like a day???

This started happening to me about a month ago... I've always loved the algorithm on tiktok and thought it's one of the best ones out of most social media platforms. I strictly watch stuff like memes or art related content on tiktok. Randomly, I get lost and brought to an entirely different side of tiktok with only one video that's similar to the usual content I watch popping up every like 20 scrolls. I start getting love Island content... I have never liked love Island... Random couples content that I'm not interested either, random AI bs and an unbearably long row of ads. The ads thing started calming down after I pressed the not interested button and pressed on the too many ads as my reasoning, but after doing that, I just get a bunch of undisclosed ad content or sponsored videos 😂 I have no clue how to stop this from happening...
