Shadowbanned twice after fixing mistakes. Why am I still invisible to admins and group feeds?

So I made a brand new Facebook profile for work, starting from zero. Pretty sure I got shadowbanned right away because I joined a bunch of groups very fast and spammed the same post (same pics + same text) everywhere. Yeah… rookie mistake. I didn’t even realize it at first. Only noticed when I checked from my personal account and my posts just weren’t showing up in the group feeds at all. So I asked AI what to do and it said to chill, stop posting, and wait like a week or more. I waited TWO weeks… but nothing changed. I was still shadowbanned. So I archived that account and made a new one, this time being careful not to repeat the same mistakes. But somehow it’s the exact same situation again. Now it feels like my posts just go into limbo, admins have to approve them but never even see them. I even messaged some admins, but got no replies. It’s like I’m literally invisible on the platform. Thought maybe it was something with Pro Mode, but it wasn't. At this point I have no clue what to do, and I doubt support is gonna help either.
