Sharing bug

Whenever my boyfriend tries to send me a TikTok I never show up on his share to even though we send TikTok’s back and forth everyday. He has to go onto the show all list and scroll down until he finds my name. We’ve tried both deleting the app, I’ve tried changing my nickname on my account and I’ve looked in my settings and still nothing. I’m wondering if anyone else has had this problem before and how they’ve managed to fix it?
