about the shadowban

i contacted support like 5 times and this is what i got. did anyone else experience this???? i didnt do anything wrong like using bots. only thing i can suspect is 1 video of mine went viral but otherwise i have a small tiktok account

yes, i got the same answer from support, but they didn't say me which violations i have. all my videos get 0 views from fyp. my content is very harmless, imo support is lying to avoid this situation. idk what to do
