Why are my vids uploading but not getting any views

OK so this happened before where I would upload a vid and it would get 0 views?

Like??? Ik it has uploaded coz there are clear signs (I'll write it in the comments since it won't let me here)

And now it's happening again with a vid I posted a few minutes ago :(

This doesn't usually happen (I mean I haven't posted in months but the last I posted it got smth k views with 100 smth likes) so like?? Not sure what's going on now

So basically when I try to copy the link to the vid, it works so clearly it has uploaded so not sure why it has 0 views, also I can post the vid to the story

Usually that wouldn't happen if it hasn't actually uploaded so now I'm confused
