Anyone recovered their account if they lost their phone #?

So I was forced to do a complete reboot for my phone, logging me out of all my accounts. Upon trying to login to my tiktok account, I learned that the only thing tying me to that account was my OLD phone number... Has anyone had this problem before? How can I get my account back if the 2FA is tied to my old number?
