Founders/creators: how are you qualifying leads from Instagram DMs and comments?
Bit of a transparency note up front: I work on an Instagram DM tool, so I'm in the weeds on this, but I'm genuinely trying to understand how other people handle the qualifying side, not the capture side.
Capturing leads is kind of solved, comment a keyword, get a DM, everyone does that now. What I'm less sure about is what happens after. When you're getting a mix of "how much is it," "do you ship here," "just browsing," and actual buyers all landing in your DMs, how are you sorting the real ones from the noise without reading every single message yourself?
Are you doing it manually? Some kind of AI/automation? Just letting it pile up? Curious what actually works for people at volume, and where it falls apart.
