Cannot send any message even though I've done nothing

I do nothing on tiktok except send videos to my sibling. but I figured out why they cant see them. because they aren't even being recieved. it keeps saying It violates their guidlines. i never send any offensive message. all i do is share videos with them. and I keep sending the "let us know" message. what do I do?
