Why are people misinterpreting my comment?

There was a video of a newborn photoshoot and i made a few comments starting with “these photoshoots are so weird” and when someone asked why, I said “the baby is propped up like a doll in unnatural positions” and i got a ton of comments saying “you are reaching, the baby is fine” “the baby is comfortable” “the baby is not in distress”

I am so confused because none of my comments insinuated that I thought the baby was uncomfortable or in distress.. all i said was that the whole premise of dressing up a sleeping unconscious infant and propping them up like a doll in weird positions for a photo is weird. Obv the baby is comfortable or it wouldnt be sleeping so why is everyone assuming thats what i meant??

Usually making rude comments doesn't go over well. Calling it weird and unnatural implies to the general public you are insinuating the baby is uncomfortable / in distress.

To me it's more weird that people are pimping out their newborns to strangers for views

I find nit weird to, but feel saying that on your post wont be offensive since it is not about something you love and think is good.

Just ask yourself is the word weird a positive or negative word. Why do we want to share negative thoughts tonothers especially about something that made them possibly happy or proud?

But its a world we live in , got to take the negatives with the positives.

Why couldn’t you just scroll by instead of needing to comment your opinion? Those kinds of comments are annoying and people are getting sick of them
