I Started a Facebook Page and Instagram But Still Have No Followers

A couple of weeks ago I started a motivational Facebook page and an Instagram account because I want to build a community that inspires people. Since the beginning I've been posting consistently around three motivational reels every single day without missing a day.

However I'm feeling a little discouraged because I'm still not getting many followers. Most of my reels only get views like 20 30 40 300 or sometimes around 500 and they don't seem to reach a wider audience. Despite being consistent my growth has been very slow.

I'm wondering if this is normal for a new page. Does Facebook or Instagram eventually start pushing your reels to more people after you've been consistent for a while or if a reel doesn't perform well in the beginning is it unlikely to get pushed later?

I'd really appreciate any advice on how I can grow my page faster increase my reach and gain more followers. If there are any strategies mistakes I should avoid or tips that actually work for motivational content I'd love to hear them. I'm ready to stay consistent but I want to make sure I'm focusing on the right things.

Any people that runs 100 to 10k followers pages (any social media)?

Hey all, I own a business that involves many clients that promote their product, art or website with TikTok (also Instagram, Youtube and Facebook). I want to offer them a way to post their content, or to get content created and posted for them on existing TikTok pages. Basically you got pages in a specific theme (sport, anime, cinema, culture, memes...) and you rent it for a specific period of time. You get paid every month, and all you have to do is basically connecting the account once to our system. You can opt-out anytime you want, you keep the full ownership of the account. That's basically a way to monetize your pages passively. For now I'm doing it myself with my own pages (3 tiktok pages with 500 to 3k followers, and 1 6k subscribers Youtube channel), I made around $800 renting these for less than a month.
