Is content distribution becoming the skill gap nobody is talking about
Been noticing a pattern working with different brands lately. the content side has gotten significantly easier with all the tools available now. teams are producing more than ever.
but the distribution side hasn't kept up. most teams still treat it as an afterthought, publish and hope the algorithm does the rest.
the brands that are actually winning seem to have figured out a repeatable distribution system, not just better content. they know exactly where their audience is, what format works on each channel and have a rhythm that doesnt depend on someone remembering to post.
is this a skill gap you're seeing too or is distribution just genuinely harder to systematize than creation
