So why is this ok?

Tik tok doesnt even post my comments 99% of the time. Even if i make a new account if i talk about certain topics, for example Israel, it will post for me but other accounts cant see the comment.

You have to report the content itself. User name handles are the fault of the platform for allowing them so it's often pointless to report just for the handle.

Look through their content for something that blatantly violates TOS and report that video instead. It's possible they have a clean channel despite a controversial handle.

However the handle you're pointing out is a political belief, it's not a direct threatening message against any specific group so it's protected by 1st amendment rights. Generally speaking, flagging a political belief as hate speech will only harm your own reputation in the system.
