Can TikTok see if multiple accounts are under the same phone?

Recently a new account has shown up on my phone while I was trying to make a new one.

I tried to (get rid of it) it but I don’t know the email connected to it so I can’t receive the confirmation email.

I thought about doing stuff to get it permanently taken down but I’m worried TikTok will target my main accounts too.
Is there anything I can do?

avoid doing anything risky. tiktok can connect accounts through your device, so if you manage multi accounts you can use a different devices, browsers or, cloud phone set up is worth checking out since it keeps them separated...
