I've been trying to log into my tiktok account and it sucks ass.

For some reason, tiktok deactivated on my phone even though I didn't touch it. That was also enough to log me out of my account automatically, and I don't have the password to it, unfortunately. But I can't reset my password (the option doesn't show on the app, and on the website it just softlocks me with a "maximum attempt reached" limit). Istc companies are making it much harder for you to recover your accounts while also making it less secure. Does anyone know how to get past this?
