i keep getting notifications from an account i'm not logged into

idk if this is the right sub for this so please correct me if i'm wrong lol

basically what the title says, i've been getting notifications from an account i haven't been longed into for over four years, it's not my account and i no longer talk to the person that owns it, is there a way i can stop this?
