Do tiktok promotions really work for advertising my business?

I made a tiktok account for my hairdressing business, and tiktok advertised a promotion.

I'm thinking of purchasing, but I just wanted to ask if it really works, particularly for small businesses?

Has anyone actually got customers from this?
