Weird ads and bipolar stickers

So for a past week or so i have been getting really weird and sexual ads i dont have a screen shot of them but they mostly go like this "all i wanted was to fix my grades but my english teacher had other plans.she got fired but i recorded all of the naughty things she has done check my account for more" and i find it little weird tbh now the bipolar sticker ever since the gifs or stickers have been released i really think i and like 120 only dont have stickers but here the problem even tho i cant post gifs sometimes(yes sometimes not always but sometimes) whenever i type something i see that i CAN post a sticker like in the photo i showed or better yet i enter a comment section with mostly sticker and it shows me like there were no comments at all i tried everything changing my settings updating tik tok on google play anything to get THOSE GIFS but yea i really have no idea why i keep getting those ads or why dont i have stickers if anyone knows how to gets sticker than please write a tutorial down below
