Reporting Impersonation Account.

Hi. I’m wondering if anybody has some tips on how to go about reporting an account that is impersonating a celebrity but said celebrity doesn’t have a tiktok account?

Usually I ignore these as they’re so, so many of them. But this particular account has a large following & is also charging a subscription. I’ve tried reporting the account multiple times (as well as many others) but it seems tiktok can’t (or won’t) do anything about it. We can’t report the acc for impersonating because they require you to select the acc the person is impersonating.

I’ve reached out to TikTok support and tried to explain that the celebrity being impersonated doesn’t have a tiktok account & that this impersonator is very clearly not said celebrity. In response they basically said they can’t do anything unless the person being impersonated makes a report.

So, yeah, just wondering if anyone has any ideas on what else to do? Yes, blocking the acc has been done.
