Can I file a DMCA copyright takedown for custom subtitles/lyrics if the video footage belongs to an anime studio?

A page is downloading my video edits and re-uploading them without permission. They even copy my exact titles. When asked to give credit, they replied: "It's not your anime anyway".

To clarify: I create completely custom subtitles, translations, and color-coded lyrics (Romaji/English) for an idol series with no official subs. It takes hours of work.

I know the animation and music belong to the studio, but the layout, timing, and translation are 100% my creative work.

I don't know if I have any rights to these videos, because it annoys me that he refuses to give me credit and still uses my fan-made videos even though I do make some of them sometimes.

So just to be clear, you post stolen content and you think you can send a DMCA takedown because someone else posted your stolen content? 🤣

You content is stolen. You can’t claim copyright on something you don’t have copyright on
