11k Followers No views on streams…how?

So as mentioned in the title I have 11k followers on my account a large majority of them came from playing a very niche game. Every time I stream this game live on TikTok I get hundreds of viewers but every time I stream another game I only get 3-10 viewers. Although I’m grateful for this game bringing in all these followers, It got to a point where I felt I needed to move on. About 2 months ago I started consistently playing other games and making TikTok’s of those games. Each time I went live I’d only see 3-10 people viewing it. Each time I posted a TikTok of those other games they’d be between 250-600 views. I just don’t understand how it’s possible with the follower count I have and the amount of viewers I usually get from the other game.

I decided to do a test and go back to streaming the game that was “popular” and within 10 minutes I was at around 150+ viewers. A lot of the chat were already following and were saying things like “ Where have you been” or “ good to see you streaming again” and I was like…but I have been streaming. I asked them if they got any notifications or if I came up on the FYP when playing the other games and a lot said no. It feels like I’ve been pigeonholed by TikTok and they’ll only push my content if I play one specific game.

Anyone ever have this issue and i so, did you find a solution to solving it?

TLDR: lots of followers big live views for one game. Lots of followers no live views for other games.
