“Can’t log in because your account is locked”

What does this even mean? I was forced out of my account and now I literally cannot get back in. Password? Nope. Recovery? Nope. Password reset? Nope. Email code? Nope. It’s not even a ban I’m just genuinely not allowed to access the account which is so strange to me. I did nothing wrong. I’ve been contacting their email support but it seems to not be staffed for the past few years.
