How many TikTok reel are there? Would you recommend for beginners?

Four days ago, I created a reel and it reached 614 views. After that, for the next two days, I posted 3–4 reels per day to see if the algorithm would give me more views. Instead, each video got fewer views than the one I posted in a single day.

Now I’m wondering what the ideal posting frequency is. Is it better to post one or two reels in a day, or should I post just one reels every few days?
